Tiananmen Square, The Great Hall of the People, Chairman Mao's Mausoleum, The Forbidden City, Jingshan Park.

Day 3 - 28 Sep (Mon) - Beijing
Temple of Heaven (Tiantan), Beihai Park (Winter Palace), Hutong, Lama Temple.

Day 4 - 29 Sep (Tue) - 2 Nights at Xi'an
7.30 a.m. Dep Capital Airport T3 (Beijing) on Air China.
9.20 a.m. Arrive @ Xianyang Int'l Airport T2 (Xi'an).
The Greater Wild Goose Pagoda (Dayan Ta), The Forest of Stone Steles Museum, Walled City (Night scene), Shopping within the walled city, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, The Great Mosque (Unesco site).

Day 5 - 30 Sep (Wed) - Xi'an
Museum of Qin Terracotta Warriors & Horses, Underground Palace of Qinshihuang, Huaquing Hot Springs.

Day 6 - 1 Oct (Thu) - Xi'an / Beijing
Hukou waterfalls of Yellow River, last minute shopping.
5.25 p.m. Dep Xianyang T2 (Xi'an).
7.20 p.m. Arr Capital Airport T3 (Beijing).

Day 7 - 2 Oct (Fri) - Beijing
The Great Wall - Mutianyu, The Commune by the Great Wall (provided we visit the Badaling section of the Great Wall), The Ming Tombs.

Day 8 - 3 Oct (Sat) - Beijing
Xiangshan (Fragrant Hill) Park, Bird's Nest (National Stadium for 2008 Olympics), Bird's Egg (National Grand Theatre), Bird's Legs (CCTV HQ), Water Cube (National Aquatic Centre).

Day 9 - 4 Oct (Sun) - Beijing
Beijing Zoo, Beijing Capital Museum.

Day 10 - 5 Oct (Mon) - Beijing
Shopping (Part 1), Artist Village Gallery, 798 Art Zone.

Day 11 - 6 Oct (Tue) - Beijing
Shopping (Part 2), The Opposite House.

Day 12 - 7 Oct (Wed) - Beijing
Miyun district near Beijing.
